Zhineng Qigong is a Chinese practice that uses posture, movement, breath, and mental focus to promote a deep sense of relaxation and well being.

This practice keeps your body moving in a gentle way while inviting you to explore Qi, the invisible world of energy. It’s a relaxing experience where time kind of stops for an hour.

ELISABETH’S BIO

Elisabeth is an artist and a spiritual seeker.

She has always been fascinated by the importance of the mind-body connection and by non-conventional ways to feel better. After reading books by Caroline Myss, studying Theta Healing by Vianna Stibal, Emotion Code by Dr Bradley Nelson, and Reiki, among other modalities, she found Zhineng Qigong to be the ideal combination of these techniques which nurtures both the mind and the body. Zhineng Qigong has been a part of her life since 2018 and she has been studying with Kean Ooi and Pei Sew since. She started sharing her practice in May of 2020.

INFORMATION ABOUT DR PANG - Founder of Zhineng Qigong

There are various forms of Qigong. Dr Pang Ming is the founder of Zhineng Qigong. As a child Dr. Pang was surrounded by and learnt Qigong, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and the Martial Arts. Later he studied Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine in Beijin, and combined them. He was the founder and president of different scientific institutions, which focused on the research of impact and effects of Qigong.

In the late 80s, he opened a Zhineng Qigong Research and Recovery Center which closed in 2001 due to Chinese regulations. He is now retired and continues to work on Zhineng Qigong research.

I LOVE Elisabeth’s class, as I feel amazing during and afterwards.  She is excellent and her voice is so very soothing, evoking inner peace.   I have taken Qigong classes from over 8 teachers, and she is by far the best I have found. You have no idea how hard I searched to find a good Qigong teacher, in person and online.   Cathy
